With the lunch rush underway, McCullough makes her rounds, talking to her first few customers of the day. She realizes that interaction is a key part of ensuring a positive customer experience.
With all of her customers happily eating and relaxing, McCullough is offered a brief moment of relaxation. She takes the brief change of pace as an opportunity to remain organized, neatly stacking coasters and checking back in with her daily notes.
The day is finally beginning to pick up. With tables filling and orders rolling in, McCullough kicks it into a higher gear. But no matter how busy it becomes, she always resorts to her note pad to jog her memory.
